Treatment of Acne From the Aspect of Spleen and Kidney

痤疮是皮肤科常见病、多发病,中医药对痤疮的认识历史悠久,本文结合西医对痤疮发病的认识,通过"性激素水平变化与中医肾之间的关系"以及"皮脂腺分泌异常与中医脾胃之间的关系"探讨痤疮西医主要发病机制与中医"脾肾"的密切关系,认为"肾阴不足及脾胃运化失常"是痤疮发病关键病机所在;并从中医"五行学说"出发,结合痤疮发病特点,运用"生克制化"原理全面阐述"脾肾"在痤疮发病中的关键作用;最后从中医病机学说入手,强调"疾病病机"的重要性,认为"脾肾同病"是痤疮发病关键病机,并提出从脾肾论治痤疮。

Aene is a commonly-seen and frequently-occurring disease in dermatology. The understanding of acne from the perspective of Chinese medicine has a long history. Combining with the understanding of the occurrence of ache from the aspect of western medicine, the relationship between the change in the level of sex hormone and kidney in TCM .and the relationship between abnor- mal smegma secretion and the spleen and stomach in TCM, the author believes that insufficient kidney yin and malfunction of the spleen and stomach is the main pathogenesis of the occurrence of ache. With the theory of ＂five elements＂ and combing with the clinical characters of ache, the theory of ＂generation and restriction ＂ was applied to wholly expound the key role of the spleen and the kidney in the occurrence of acne. Last, the pathogenesis of the disease was emphasized from the aspect of TCM pathogenesis, which holds that ＂ simultaneous disease of the spleen and kidney＂ is the main pathogenesis of ache and proposed thai the treatment of acne from the aspect of the spleen and kidney.
