雷射针刺治疗心肾不交型失眠32例

Thirty-Two Cases with Insomnia Due to Imbalance Between Heart-Yang and Kidney-Yin Treated by Laser Acupuncture

目的:观察雷射针刺治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年9月—2014年3月在本院门诊确诊为心肾不交型失眠患者96例,随机分为雷射针刺治疗组、传统针刺对照组和中药对照组,每组32例。雷射针刺治疗组给予雷射针刺治疗,传统针刺对照组给予传统针刺治疗,中药对照组给予交通心肾胶囊口服治疗。结果:雷射针刺治疗组、传统针刺对照组治疗前后PSQI积分及睡眠质量分级均优于中药对照组(P<0.05),雷射针刺治疗组与传统针刺对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);雷射针灸治疗组有效率为90.63%,传统针刺对照组有效率为87.50%,中药对照组有效率为81.25%,雷射针刺治疗组、传统针刺对照组均优于中药对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷射针刺治疗心肾不交型失眠症疗效显著,疗效与传统针刺相当。

Objective：Tile clinical effects of laser acupuncture on insomnia due to imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin. Methods ：Totally 96 patients with insomnia due to imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin admitted into hospital between October,2012 and March,2014 were randomly divided into laser acupunture treatment group, traditional acupuncture contrl group and Chinese medicine control group,with 32 cases in each group. Laser acupunture treatment group were given laser acupunture treatment,traditional acupuncture contrl group were given traditional acupuncture treatment and Chinese medicine control group were given Jiaotong Xinshen Capsules for the treatment. Results ：The scores of PSQI and sleeping quality grades in laser acupunture treatment group and traditional acupuncture contrl group were better than these in control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The difference between laser acupunture treatment group and traditional acupuncture contrl group had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. The effective rate was 90.63% in laser acupunture treatment group and 87.50% in traditional acupuncture treatment; the effective rates of these two groups were better than that in Chinese medicine control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Laser acupuncture has remarkable therapeutic effects on insomnia due to imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin, the effect of which equals that of traditional acupuncture treatment.
