中药外敷内服联合手法整复小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折60例

Sixty Cases with Fracture of Distal Radius Treated with External Application and Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine Combined with Manipulation Reduction and Splintage

目的:观察中药外敷、内服联合手法整复小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2013年3月—2015年3月收治的120例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规手法整复后小夹板固定治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药外服,汤剂内服。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分。结果:观察组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为75.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间为(71.51±14.82)d,对照组骨折愈合时间为(90.98±10.36)d,两组愈合时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腕关节恢复优良率为95.00%,对照组恢复优良率为63.33%,两组腕关节恢复优良率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷、汤剂内服联合手法整复小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折,可提高患者的临床疗效,缩短骨折愈合时间,促进腕关节功能恢复。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of external application and oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with manipulation reduction and splintage on fracture of distal radius. Methods：Totally 120 patients with fracture of distal radius hospitalized between March ,2013 and March ,2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional manipulation reduction and splintage while observation group were added with external application and oral administration of Chinese medicine for the treatment. The clinical effects and the VAS before and ＇after the treatment in both groups were observed. Results：The effective rate was 96.67% in observation group and 75.00% in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The healing time of the fracture was （ 71.51 ± 14.82） d in observation group and （90.98 ± 10.36） in contwl group;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The excellent and good recovery rate of the wrist joint was 95.00% in observation group and 63.33% in control group ,with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： External application and oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with manipulation reduction and splintage has remarkable therapeutic effects on fracture of distal radius ,which can improve the clinical effective rate, shorten the healing time and promote the recovery of the function of the wrist joint.
