摘要
对船体外板整体变形和局部收缩变形之间的关系进行研究.首先基于热弹塑性有限元方法,建立了综合考虑局部变形和整体变形的水火加工数值计算模型,并通过实验对比了温度场与位移场的分布规律,验证了数值计算模型的可靠性;然后通过对整体挠度和局部变形规律的分析,提出了挠度影响数的概念;接着利用数值计算分析了挠度影响数与曲面外板形状参数之间的影响规律,建立了关系模型;最后通过算例对比模型和实验结果,相差5.13%,验证了模型的可靠性.
The relationship between the hull plate whole deflection and local shrinkage of line heating techniques was studied.Firstly,based on the theory of thermal elastic-plastic finite element,the matical model of line heating was introduced which combined local shrinkage and the whole deformation.The temperature and displacement analysis results demonstrated the model′s reliability.Then,a concept of influence factor of deflection(IFD)was proposed through the analysis between the whole deflection and local shrinkage.Moreover,a model considering the relationship between the IFD and geometrical parameters was established.Finally,the error of the experimental and the model value is5.13%,which reliability that the model is verified.
