Embedded Trust: the Relationship of Trust in Network Society

以互联互通为技术要核的互联网在很大程度上改变了传统社会的信任关系,对社会信任结构进行了很大的调整。一种新型的信任关系结构,即嵌入性信任关系正在网络社会中孕育和发展。网络言论机制、网络志愿参与机制和电子商务信任评级机制是网络社会里嵌入性信任的三种重要的协调机制。嵌入性信任既是现代性的产物,又游离于现代性之外,对社会关系进行了重新构造。嵌入性信任的发展亟须营造有利于社会系统运转的信任文化,搭建具有互惠性的信任网络。

The internet with the technological characteristics of interconnection and interworking has largely changed the trust relationship in traditional society and has greatly adjusted the structure of trust. A new type of trust relationship,namely,embedded trust is nurtured and developed in network society. In network society,online speech,network volunteer,and trust rating of e-commerce are the three important coordination mechanism of embedded trust. As a product of modernity,embedded trust is detached from modernity and has been reconstructed social relationships. For the development of embedded trust,it badly needs to create a kind of trust culture conducive to social system work,and build reciprocal trust network.
