摘要
目的：分析北京市2002～2014年卫生总费用机构流向；方法：个案库汇总法；结果：北京市2002～2014年卫生总费用机构法核算结果逐年增长，流向日趋合理。结论：利用核算结果，优化北京市卫生资源配置，加_强基层卫生服务体系建设，加大公共卫生投入。
Objective To analyze the provider distribution of total health expenditure of Beijing from 2002 to 2014. Methods Cases summary method was applied. Results The amount of total health expenditure by providers increased from 2002 to 2014. The provider distribution was stable and reasonable. Conclusion The results of total health expenditure can be applied to optimize the al- location of health resources,strengthen primary health care system and increase investment on public health.
