满洲里市和彭州市农村居民基本公共卫生服务满意度对比分析

Comparatively studying on the rural residents' satisfaction on basic public health service between Manzhouli and Pengzhou

目的:了解地理位置相距较远的东北部城市满洲里市和西南部城市彭州市的农村居民对基本公共卫生服务的满意度,为全国基本公共卫生服务均等化提供依据。方法:选择内蒙古自治区满洲里市和四川省彭州市农村作为调查地点,采用统一设计的问卷,对居民以家庭为单位进行调查。结果:满洲里市居民和彭州市居民对基本公共卫生服务满意率分别为22.2%和77.5%,logistic回归结果显示随着居民对基本公共卫生服务了解程度和建档程度的提高,居民满意度升高。结论:应加强基本公共卫生服务省际交流和区域合作,可尝试采用省际联网的模式。同时,提高对相对落后地区的基本公共卫生服务投入和宣传力度,从而达到提高居民满意度的目的。

Objective To study the rural residents＇ satisfaction on basic public health service between Manzhouli and Pengzhou, and provide references for equalization of national basic public health service. Methods Rural residents were selected from rural areas of Manzhouli and Pengzhou, and surveyed with questionnaires. Results The rural residents＇ satisfaction rate on basic public health service was 22.2% and 77.5% in Manzhouli and Pengzhou, respectively. The rural residents＇ satisfaction increased with the improvement of residents＇ cognition and filing of basic public health service. Conclusion Inter-provincial exchange and cooperation should be strengthened. And financial input and publicity on basic public health service should be increased to improve residents＇ satisfaction.
