摘要
以AMESim软件为平台,搭建多缸柴油机整机燃油系统模型,研究实机状态下低压燃油管路内的压力波动特性。比较分析了改变低压燃油管路的刚度和阻尼,增加蓄能器等措施对低压燃油管路内压力波动的抑制效果。分析结果表明:在低压燃油管路内增加蓄能器结构,能够有效抑制低压燃油管路内压力波动;且优于增大低压管路通径,和增大油泵与低压回油管接口处节流孔孔径的措施。
With the platform of AMESim software, a multi-cylinder diesel engine fuel system model was built, and the pressure fluctuation characteristics of low pressure fuel line as in the real machine condition were simulated. The suppressive effect of changing the stiffness and damping of the low pressure line and adding accumulators on the pressure fluctuation of low pressure fuel line was compared and analyzed. The results indicated that adding accumulators to the low pressure fuel line could effectively suppress the pres- sure fluctuation, and this method was far better than increasing the pipe diameter of the low pressure line, or increasing the diameter of the orifice aperture of the interface between the oil pump and the low pressure return oil pipe.
