摘要
针对铠装热电偶在使用过程中出现的故障,对热电偶绝缘阻值及性能进行分析,并在高温油污等严酷环境下进行试验研究。研究表明:电偶测量端的焊接质量和绝缘电阻大小是影响铠装热电偶测温精度和使用寿命的主要因素。指出:为保证热电偶的测温精度和使用寿命,在采购和使用前,应对绝缘电阻有严格的检验要求。
Aiming at the fault appeared during the use of armored thermocouple, the insulation resistance and performance of the thermocouple were analyzed, and experimental tests were carried out in harsh environments such as high temperature and oil contamination. The study indicated that the welding quality of thermocouple measuring end and the size of insulation resistance were main influence factors on the precision and service life of armored thermocouple. It was pointed out that in order to ensure the tempera- ture measurement precision and the service life of thermocouple, the insulation resistance should be tested strictly before purchasing and using.
