HA耐碱分散染料在涤锦超细纤维毛巾上的应用

Applicaition of HA Alkali-resistant Disperse Dyes on Polyester-polyamide Superfine Fiber Towel

涤锦超细纤维毛巾布通常先在碱性下开纤,再在酸性下染色,而文中采用HA耐碱分散染料,实现涤锦超细纤维毛巾布开纤、染色一浴法新工艺。测试并分析了HA耐碱分散染料的耐碱性能以及开纤、染色一浴法新工艺染色后织物色牢度,并将开纤、染色一浴法新工艺与传统染整工艺的成本进行对比。结果表明,开纤、染色一浴法新工艺缩短了工艺流程,实现了节能减排;染色织物色光稳定,色牢度满足客户要求。

The traditional process of polyester-polyamide superfine fiber towel was splitting under alkaline con- ditions and dyeing under acid conditions. In this paper, HA alkali-resistant disperse dyes was used for splitting and dyeing new process in one bath. Alkaline resistance properties of HA alkali-resistant disperse dyes and the col- or fastness of fabric dyed by splitting and dyeing new process in one bath were tested and analyzed. And the cost of splitting and dyeing new process in one bath was compared with that of traditional dyeing process. The results show that splitting and dyeing new process in one bath shortens technological process and achieves energy conser- vation and emissions reduction; the color shade of dyed fabric is stable, and the color fastness satisfies the re- quirements of customers.
