摘要
介绍了在羊毛纱线染色过程中加入[Bmim]Cl离子液体以提高上染率的方法,测试并分析了[Bmim]Cl离子液体处理和羊毛染色同浴过程中[Bmim]Cl离子液体和温度对羊毛染色性能的影响。结果表明:随[Bmim]Cl离子液体浓度的增加,羊毛纱线的上染率先增大后减小,用量达30%时上染率最大,羊毛纱线的断裂强力呈下降趋势,干摩较高、湿摩不够理想;离子液体处理和羊毛染色同浴法可实现羊毛的低温[(60~70)℃]染色,同时可以获得较高的强力保留率。
A way of adding [Bmim]Cl ionic liquidto improve dye-update of wool yarn was introduced. The ef- fects of [Bmim]Cl ionic liquid and temperature on dyeing properties in the processing of [Bmim]Cl ionic liquid treatment and dyeing in one-bath were tested and analyzed. The results show that with increasing ionic liquid con- centration, the dye-update increases at first then decreases, and the optimum dosage is 30%; after the ionic liq- uid treatment, the break strength declines, the dry rubbing fastness is high, but dry rubbing fastness is not ideal; low temperature[(60-70) ℃] dyeing of wool can be realized by ionic liquid treatment and dyeing in one-bath with high strength retention.
