摘要 对30 mm厚0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢进行电子束焊接试验,在合适的工艺参数下得到焊接变形小、无内部缺陷、成形良好的接头。在室温下测试该接头的显微组织、显微硬度和力学性能,结果显示焊缝区组织为奥氏体和呈骨架铁素体,接头的硬度分布均匀,无明显弱化区域。接头处抗拉强度为578 MPa,焊接系数0.91,焊缝处冲击韧值A_(KV)达到300 J/cm^2,焊缝韧性与母材相比显著提高。 The electron beam welding technique was used to weld the 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel plate with 30mm in thickness. A weld joinl in good formation with free defects and small distortion was obtained by the proper welding parameters. The microstructure, microhardness and mechanical property of the joint were. measured in this paper at the room temperature. Results show that, in the weld seam, there is mainly a mixture of the austenite and the 8 -ferrite with skeletal shape. The microhardness is harmoniously distributed, which indicates that there is no reduction area in the joint. The tensile strength is 578 MPa,and welding coefficient reaches to 0.91. The average impact value of the weld metal reaches to 300 J/cm2, showing a better toughness in the seam compared to that in the based metal.
