摘要
分析D1422mm厚壁X80钢管焊接性,对D1422mm厚壁X80钢管进行了GMAW-P自动焊焊接工艺试验,测试环焊接头力学性能,总结焊接工艺控制要点,并利用系列温度夏比冲击试验测定环焊接头的韧脆转变温度点。结果表明,采用GMAW-P自动焊工艺焊接D1422mm厚壁X80钢管可以有效避免X80钢热影响区软化现象,力学性能满足规范要求,GMAW-P自动焊环焊接头韧脆转变温度点低,满足在低温环境下施工及服役的安全性要求。在我国中俄东线管道的建设中,GMAW-P自动焊工艺将是主要的焊接工艺之一。
Analyzed the weldability of D1422mm thick wall X80M steel pipe,quahfied the GMAW-P automatic welding procedure for D1422mm thick wall X80M steel pipe,mechanical properties of girth welding joints were tested,summarized welding process control points, and ductile brittle transition temperature point was determined by using the series charpy impact test temperature. Results show that the GMAW-P automatic welding process can effectively avoid X80M steel HAZ softening phenomenon,mechanical properties meet the specification requirements. GMAW-P automatic welding joints have low ductile brittle transition temperature point,can meet the construction and service of security requirement in low temperature environment. In the construction of China-Russia eastern pipeline project, GMAW-P automatic welding process is one of the main welding process.
