摘要
针对整体式焊接车架在焊接过程中出现的裂纹,从人员、设备、材料、工艺和环境五大因素逐一分析,找出导致焊接裂纹产生的要因和非要因,发现焊丝质量欠佳是导致该底盘车架产生焊接裂纹的重要原因。焊丝成分中Mn含量偏低,导致焊接过程中脱氧不足;焊丝退火不均匀造成焊接飞溅大,降低气体保护作用,增大气孔产生几率;焊接时脱氧不足和气体保护作用不佳共同导致了焊接裂纹的产生。
In this paper, the cause of welding cracks in the integral welded automotive chassis was analyzed in five aspects:technician, equipment, material, process and condition. The main cause leading to welding cracks was found and further studied by experiment. It showed that the poor-quality of welding wire was the key factor to cause welding cracks. Firstly, the content of manganese in the welding wire was below the standard values,thus reduced the ability of weld metal deoxidation. Secondly,the increased weld spatter,caused by uneven annealing of welding wire, reduced the gas protection,enhanced stomatal occurrence probability. Insufficient deoxidation during welding and poor gas protecting together would lead to the welding cracks.
