摘要 以水轮机的典型修复方案为背景,分析水轮机叶片空蚀补焊修复的技术要求,试验中以马氏体不锈钢为母材的水轮机叶片钢作为试验材料,采用熔滴高速摄影技术,研究不同焊接工艺及焊接参数对立焊焊缝成形的影响。结果表明,采用下向立焊、改变焊枪上仰角度、采用熔滴短路过渡、使用Ar+O_2混合保护气体,得到成形良好的立焊焊缝。 Based on typical repairing scheme of turbine,analyze technical requirements of cavitation welding repair for turbine blade.In the experiment turbine blade made of martensitic stainless steel is used as test materials, and droplet high-speed photography technique is used to study the influence of different welding processes and welding parameters on the slit of vertical welding.The research results show that change of rising angle of the welding gun, using downward vertical welding, droplet short-circuit transition, and Ar+02 mixed shielding gas, can obtain good-shape weld slit.
