摘要
液压缸和柱常用27SiMn钢,缸底、耳环、油口管接头等常用45钢。液压油缸的缸体与缸头、缸体与缸底端面间,缸体与耳环、耳环与铰轴间,缸体与油口接头等均需要焊接组装,而27SiMn钢与45钢的焊装属异种钢焊接。为获得良好的焊接接头,采用CO_2气体保护焊、低氢低碳合金焊材,精选焊接工艺参数、焊前预热、焊后缓冷的焊接工艺。对焊后试件进行试验及工艺评定,无气孔、无裂纹、未熔合、未焊透等缺陷,进行拉伸和弯曲试验,其力学性能合格。结果表明:采用合理的焊接工艺,异种钢27SiMn与45的焊接性能优良,完全满足液压油缸的工作要求。
Hydranlic cylinder and column is commonly used 27SiMn Steel,cylinder bottom ,earrings, oil outlet pipe joints ,and other commonly used 45 steel. Cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder and cylinder head, cylinder body and the bottom face to face;cylinder and earrings,earrings and the hinge shaft;cylinder and the oil inlet connector need the welding assembly, and welding of 27SiMn and 45 steel is dissimilar steel welding. In order to obtain good welded joints, adopt CO2 gas shielded arc welding, low hydrogen carbon low alloy welding consumables, selection of welding process parameters, preheating before welding, welding technology of slow cooling after welding. Through the welded specimens are used to assess test and process, free of porosity and crack, no lack of fusion, incomplete penetration defects, by tensile and bending test, its mechanical performance is qualified. The results show that the welding performance of dissimilar steel 27SiMn and 45 is excellent, which can satisfy the requirement of hydraulic cylinder.
