摘要
通过改变焊接电流、焊接保护气氛等措施,研究K423A典型精铸件的钨极氩弧焊补焊工艺,分析焊缝组织和性能变化规律。结果表明:通过补焊工艺来实现K423A合金背部裂纹的有效抑制是可行的;焊接保护气氛在很大程度上影响焊缝的背部成形,而背部开裂现象主要是由于焊缝的背面氧化引起的;焊件在弧焊过程中通过背部气体保护并进行有效的预热处理,可以有效抑制焊件焊缝的背部开裂;采取适当的焊接电流能够获得接头组织细密的接头,也可以降低焊接过程中热裂纹的倾向性。
GTAW repair welding of K423A superalloy was studied by changing the welding current,shielding atmosphere and so on. Weld microstructure and properties were also analyzed carefully by optical microseope and hardness tester. The results showed that it was feasible to prevent the crack of K423A superalloy by repair welding. Weld back forming was affected by its shielding method and weld back cracking resulted from the oxidation during welding. Weld back cracking could be prevented by back shielding and effective preheating. An appropriate welding current was used to obtain a desired joint and reduce the tendency of hot cracking in the welding process.
