摘要
主要阐述了职业态度的定义、结构以及本科护生职业态度的现状,归纳其影响因素和有效培养方法,为护理教育提供理论依据,并且对进一步稳定护理人员队伍提出了有效的对策。
This study is concerned with the definition,construction and current situation, summarizing the influencing factors and concludes the effective strategies of baccalaureate nursing students＂ professional attitude, which could offer the theoretical foundation of nursing education and strategies for stabilization of nursing staffs.
