创面封闭式负压引流患者的护理问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of patients with vaccum sealing drainage

目的 分析封闭式负压引流（VSD）患者存在的护理问题,提出有效的干预措施,保证封闭式负压引流的治疗效果。方法 总结了136例创面封闭式负压引流治疗患者出现的护理问题,包括VSD引流管漏气、VSD材料干结变硬、管道阻塞、疼痛、相关知识缺乏及继发性皮肤损害,并提出针对性的护理措施。结果 136例患者除2例无效自动出院外,全部治愈出院。其中28例使用VSD治疗7-13天后创面自行愈合,106例经VSD治疗长出新鲜肉芽后手术植皮愈合。结论 护士在创伤护理工作中要不断总结,善于发现封闭式负压引流患者存在和潜在的护理问题,给予针对性护理干预,是保证治疗成功的关键,也是护理的重点内容。

Objective Analyze the nursing problems existing in the vaccum sealing drainage, and put forward effective interventional measures to improve the treatment effect of vaccum sealing drainage. Method Summarize the 136 cases of wound vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） treatment with the nursing problems, including vacuum sealing drainage pipe leakage, VSD material drying and harden, pipeline blocking, pain, related knowledge and secondary skin damage, and put forward the nursing measures. Results The total 136 patients, in addition to 2 patients invalidly discharged from the hospital, were cured. Among them,28 cases healed spontaneously after using the treatment of VSD（10-＋3）d, 106 cases treated by VSD growed fresh granulation and healed through skin grafting operation.Conclusions Nurses in nursing work should continue to sum up and be good at finding the existing and potential nursing problems of patients using vacuum sealing drainage.
