急诊科危急值自动警示系统在护理工作中的应用

The Application of The Emergency's Critical Value Automatic Warning System on Nursing

目的 探讨急诊科危急值自动警示系统对护理工作的影响。方法 选择本院2014年4月-2015年4月急诊科375例危急值为研究对象,以电话通报危急值为对照组,以危急值自动警示系统为实验组,比较两组的危急值应答率、通知医生时间、护士对患者病情知晓情况以及护理记录的合格率。结果 自动警示系统的应用使危急值应答率由94.83%提升到100%,通知医生的时间由60.58±8.97 s缩短到31.45±1.82 s,护士对患者病情知晓程度评分由8.72±0.97提高到9.01±0.88,与实施前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组危急值护理记录的评分差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 危急值自动警示系统为护理工作带来的便利,有助于护士更加及时的通报危急值、准确掌握患者的病情变化,进而提高护理质量。

Objective Discuss the influence of the Emergency＇s Critical Value Automatic Warning System on numing service. Methods Use Critical Value informed by phone as the control group and Critical Value Automatic Warning System as the experimental group. Compare the two groups＂ response rate of Critical Value, the time of informing doctors, nurses＂ awareness of patients＂ situations, and the pass rate of nursing records and figure out if there are statistical differences. Results By adopting the Automatic Warning System, we can increase the response rate of Critieal Value from 94.83% to 100%, shorten the time of informing doctors from 60.58±8.97 seconds to 31.45±1.82 seconds, and increase the scores of nurses＂ awareness of patients＂ situations from 8.72±0.97 to 9.01±0.88. All the differences above between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The difference of scores of the pass rate of nursing records does not have statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion With the help of Critical Value Automatic Warning System, the nursing work becomes more convenient. By strengthening management and training, the nurses will inform Critical Value more timely, be aware of patients＂ situations of illness changes exactly and further improve the nursing quality.
