柴油基钻井液在涪陵页岩气田开发中的推广应用

摘要 焦石坝页岩地层层理发育,属硬脆性泥页岩,易剥落掉块而引发井下事故,为了保证井壁稳定和钻井液的润滑性能,在钻井过程中特采用柴油基钻井液。该钻井液体系在焦石坝地区200多口井的使用中,未出现因钻井液导致的井下故障,起下钻通畅、无掉块,完井电测、下套管均一次性成功,井径规则,井径扩大率低。应用情况表明,柴油基钻井液具有性能稳定、抑制性强、井壁稳定性好、井径扩大率小、润滑性强,起下钻摩阻低等特点,适合于涪陵区块的深层页岩气水平井钻井施工。 Shale formation in Jiaoshiba is well developed. It belongs to hard brittle shale which is easy to peel off to cause downhole accidents. The diesel oil--based drilling fluid is used in drilling process to ensure stable borehole and lubricity of drilling fluid. It has been applied to more than 200 wells in Jiaoshiba area with zero downhole failure. Its application shows that it is suitable for deep shale gas horizontal wells with the characteristics of stable performance, good inhibition, good borehole stability, small hole diameter enlargement rate, better lubricity and low round trip friction.
