In order to encourage the Party members to be vanguards and role models in learning and working, Party Branch of Engineering Technology Department of Well Completing Test Management Centre of Northwest Oilfield Company, SlNOPEC, is carrying forward the Party member vanguard project. Firstly, according to its Party building work point, Engineering Technology Department of Well Completing Test Management Centre launches the activity of the Party member demonstration and, secondly, it brings the Party member vanguard project into practice by arranging theoretical learning in a diversified manner and sticking to positive guidance. The project has encouraged all the staff to be vanguards in learning, service and innovation.
