聚驱油气水三相流混输管道压降修正计算方法

摘要 油气水三相混输管道的水力计算是油气管道设计和生产运行方案制定的基础。采用Beggs-Brill模型进行聚驱采出液油气水三相流混输管道水力计算时误差较大,平均相对误差为33.26%。为了提高模型的计算精度,以拟合优度最大为目标研究建立了Beggs-Brill水力修正计算模型,并以萨南油田聚驱采出液油气水三相混输管道生产运行数据为样本进行了验证,结果表明,修正后模型的平均相对误差比修正前降低了21.64%,计算精度大幅度提高。 The hydraulic calculdtion of-oil-gas-water mixed transportation pipeline is the foundation of-oil-gas pipeline design and production running. Beggs-Brill Model leads to serious errors which average value could reach 33.26%, when it was used For calculation of. oil-gas-water mixed transportation pipeline pressure drop in polymer flooding. In order to improve the calculation accuracy, a modified mode aiming f-or maximum goodness of fit was Founded. The modified Beggs-Brill model was tested by the production data of South-Saertu Oilfleld. The result indicated that calculation accuracy ofmodified model has been improved remarkably, the average value decreased 21.64% than that of the original model.
