摘要
为提高注入站生产系统的自动化程度及安全性,满足不同开发阶段的地质方案需求,充分利用PLC系统强大的组态功能,以实现全站生产数据的采集、报警和连锁控制。通过采用PID控制算法,可提高控制系统稳定性,减少系统误差波动,实现单井流量配注的精确调控。该控制系统的开发应用将对今后油田各种化学驱注入工艺系统的开发起到借鉴作用。
In order to satisfy the separate geological designing requirements at the different development stages, improve the safeness and automation of the injection plant production system. With the configuration function of PLC system, the function of data collection, alarm and interlock control of-the station is realized. By introducing the PID control algorithm, the stability of- the control system is improved, the fluctuation of the system error is reduced, and the precise controlofthe single well flow distribution is realized. The development and application ofthe control system will play a good role in the development of various chemical injection system of-oilfield in the future.
