摘要
渤海油田某平台使用水源井水作为热采注水水源,由于地热水具有较高的矿化度,在遇到压力突降时很容易结垢,这些垢聚集在罐体和管壁中影响注热供水量。现场引进量子阻垢器,安装在压力突降的上游流程。量子阻垢器使用激光振动技术将超精微振动波刻录并固定到合金中,振动波透过管壁传入水中并按水流方向传播,极大地增强水的活性并改变钙、铁、镁等相关物质的物理特征,起到良好的防垢、阻垢作用。经过两年的跟踪观察,罐体和管道内壁均未发现明显结垢现象。
