摘要 渤海油田某平台使用水源井水作为热采注水水源,由于地热水具有较高的矿化度,在遇到压力突降时很容易结垢,这些垢聚集在罐体和管壁中影响注热供水量。现场引进量子阻垢器,安装在压力突降的上游流程。量子阻垢器使用激光振动技术将超精微振动波刻录并固定到合金中,振动波透过管壁传入水中并按水流方向传播,极大地增强水的活性并改变钙、铁、镁等相关物质的物理特征,起到良好的防垢、阻垢作用。经过两年的跟踪观察,罐体和管道内壁均未发现明显结垢现象。 The platform using formation water as injected water source for thermal recovery in Bohai Oilfield, but due to formation water having a high degree of mineralization, in the face of pressure dump easy scaling. The introduction of the quantum scale device, installed upstream process where existences pressure drop. Quantum scale device uses laser vibration technology to fix subtle vibration wave into the alloy, vibration wave transmit into the water through the tube wall and move along the water flow, greatly increasing water activity and alters the physical characteristics of calcium, iron, magnesium and other related substances, playing a good role in anti scaling. After track for two years, there are no significant scaling in the inner wall of tank and pipeline.
