基于全寿命周期的钢结构工业厂房施工成本研究

Research on Construction Cost of Steel Structure Industrial Plant Based on Whole life Cycle

控制施工成本作为厂房建设企业实现利润最大化的一个主要途径,其意义和作用不言而喻,不仅能够减少厂房建设企业成本投资,优化供应链关系,还有利于加强企业的竞争能力。文中通过分析全寿命周期中工业厂房施工成本发生过程,提出了若干施工成本管控策略。

Construction cost controlling, as one of the main ways of building construction enterprises to maximize profits, has the great significance, and it can not only reduce building construction enterprise cost investment and optimize the supply chain relationship, but also strengthen the competition ability of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the construction cost of the whole life cycle for the industrial building, and puts forward some construction cost control strategy.
