摘要
利用有限元分析软件Hyper Mesh建立配电箱的有限元模型,并使用Ansys进行分析计算,获得五种静强度工况和三种疲劳强度工况下的等效应力分布情况;并依据强度评判标准,判断该型设计的合理性,以便对配电箱结构进行进一步优化。
The finite dement model of the distribution box was established by HyperMesh and the model was calculated by Ansys. The equivalent stress distribution of the distribution box under the action of five kinds of static strength working conditions and three kinds of fatigue strength working conditions can be obtained. To make a judgment about the rationality of the design is based on the strength standard so as to improve the design based on the analyzing result.
