针对湖南省的水资源特点,对河流水系分布、发源地及流经区域进行分析。对天然河流区域丰富的水资源区进行探索,合理调配满足全省用水需求。科学规划管理水资源,实现水资源的可持续利用,解决水资源危机等问题。根据湖南水资源特点,分别对区域内的降水、地表水、地下水进行分析,使各种用水需求与供应相协调,做到人类与水资源和谐发展。

According to the water resources several trait in Hunan province, the analysis is made on the river system and distribution and headstream and areas flown through. To discover the rich water resources of natural river, mixing the basin domestic water resources reasonably is to fit the water demand of Hunan province. Water resources should be planed and governed scientifically, and the sustainable utilization of water resources should be realized, and the crises of water resources should be solved. According the trait of water resources of Hunan province, the rainfall and surface water and underground water in the basin domestic are respectively analyzed to coordinate the various water demand and supply and make the harmonious development for human and water.
