社会公正问题在当今时代日益受到人们关注,古今中外的学者对公正理论的研究业已形成基本完善的体系,改革开放以来随着利益关系的复杂和利益矛盾的凸显,中国对公正理论的研究日益兴盛,中国共产党历代领导集体根据社会发展状况对公正理论进行了不懈探索,丰富发展着中国特色社会主义公正理论。

Nowadays the social justice has increasingly received people＇s attention. Scholars at all times and in all over the world have studied the justice theory and formed a thorough system. After the reform and opening, with the emergence of interest conflict and the complexity of interest relation, the research on the justice theory in China has been increasing emphasized. The successive leaders of CPC have explored the justice theory according to the status of social development, and enriched and developed the socialism justice theory with the Chinese characteristics.
