"中国梦"是中华民族伟大复兴的梦想,是我国建设创新型国家的逻辑起点。建设高等教育强国,办人民满意的高等教育是中华民族在实现伟大"中国梦"进程中赋予大学的重要使命。大学创新文化建设则是大学以建设创新型国家为战略指引,以实现"中国梦"为目标,旨在提高大学生创新能力的培养,为追逐"中国梦"提供文化途径。

The Chinese dream is the dream of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, which is the logical origin of constructing an innovatinn-oriented country. Building the powerful education nation and the higher education recognized by people are the important missions of colleges in the process of making the Chinese dream come true. Therefore, the university innovation culture construction of colleges is guided by the strategy of constructing an innovation-oriented country, regards the realization of the Chinese dream as the goal, aims at increasing undergraduates＇ innovative ability, and offers the cultural way to chasing the Chinese dream.
