摘要
在城市道路规划建设中,对尚未贯彻落实的规划方案的可行性研究及规划方案的评价,可通过交通仿真软件来模拟规划方案,选取合理的评价指标,进而判断规划方案的合理性.本文通过VISSIM仿真软件对北清路东延线的规划方案进行仿真:首先运用VISSIM构建仿真路网模型,将预测交通量、交叉口信号配时方案等参数输入软件,然后选取行车延误及平均排队长度作为评价指标,对规划方案进行评价.结果表明:在未来年所规划的3个信号交叉口的平均行车延误分别为36.74 s、18.12 s、29.24 s,参照《城市道路工程设计规范CJJ 37—2012》可知整个路网的服务水平达到三级以上的服务水平.实践证明运用VISSIM评价道路的规划方案具有良好的实用性与可操作性.
In the process of urban road planning and construction,traffic simulation is often employed to evaluate planning and design schemes,identify the reasonable evaluation index,and then determine the rationality of the planning scheme. This paper adopts VISSIM to simulate the extension line of Beiqing road. First VISSIM is used to build a simulation model of the adjacent road network,then introduce the predicted traffic flow and traffic signal timing to the simulated network,and finally select the traffic delays and the average queue length as the evaluation indices to evaluate the planning schemes. The results show that the delays of three signalized intersections were 36. 74 s,18. 12 s,29. 24 s in the design year.Referring to the "Urban Road Engineering Design Specification CJJ 37—2012",the service level of the entire roadway network is above Level 3. Practice has proved that using VISSIM to evaluate the road network planning schemes has good practicability and maneuverability.
