设置导流岛的信号交叉口运行效果评价

摘要 为了评价设置导流岛的信号交叉口运行效果,选取通行能力和延误作为评价指标,结合仿真与评价技术开展研究.通过仿真对比分析信号交叉口设置导流岛前后通行能力表明:行人和自行车交通量及右转车道长度对导流岛交通疏导效果影响很大.在行人和自行车交通量较小、短右转车道情况下带导流岛的信号交叉口右转通行能力较高.采用IQA方法计算设置导流岛前后延误表明:大部分情况下带导流岛的信号交叉口机动车运行延误较小,只有在交通量很大的情况下,延误有增大趋势.可见,在行人和自行车交通量较小、右转车道长度较短的交叉口设置导流岛能提高通行能力,减小交叉口延误. In order to evaluate the operation effect of channelized islands at signalized intersections. The capacity and delay were selected as evaluation indexes. Comparing the capacity before and after setting channelized islands,the result shows that setting channelized islands at signalized intersections will improve the capacity when the pedestrians and bicycles flow is low and the right-turn lane is short. The delay at intersections is evaluated based on the IQA method and the result shows that the delay decreases after setting channelized islands at signalized intersections when traffic flow is not high. It is clear that the capacity will improve and the delay will decrease when setting channelized islands at signalized intersections when the pedestrians and bicycles flow is low and right-turn lane is short.
