创建道路行业信息化联盟的思考与实践

摘要 在当前大数据时代,我国道路交通行业普遍存在资源共享难、互联互通难、业务协同难等问题,通过创建道路信息化建设创新联盟,有利于搭建统一平台,制定统一标准,按照合理分工、优势互补,避免重复研发和资源浪费,共同推动产业技术和能力升级.并且行业联盟化发展形式具有有利于整合行业数据、完善数据管理机制、提高行业服务水平、提升行业形象等特点,是当下大数据时代中一种较好的行业发展形式. In the current era of big data,the road traffic industry is facing numerous challenges such as resources sharing, connectivity, and business collaboration. It is necessary to establish a road informationalization coalition. This coalition is conducive to using a unified platform, and unified standards,according to the reasonable division of labor,complementary advantages,to avoid repeated research and development and the waste of resources,to promote industry technology and the ability to upgrade. And the industry federation development is helpful for the integration of industry data,management mechanism improvement,improved level of service industry,as well as improving the image of the industry characteristics. The informationalization is a typical feature of the big data era in the road traffic industry.
