摘要
针对目前海上大风浪、大规模溢油等恶劣海况下溢油回收效率低、应回收速率慢、机动性差等现状,设计了一种在事故发生后回收船可迅速到达现场的应急回收系统。该系统由可折叠式Ⅴ型围油臂、六自由度机械臂、DIP动态斜面、气囊等装置组成,用于实现定点定距溢油回收、增加油层厚度以及船体稳定性。该系统取代传统型溢油回收器,大大提高了溢油回收速率和效率,减少了石油对海洋的污染。
According to the current circumstances that there are many defects of the emergency oil spill recovery vessel in efficiency, rate and motility, an emergency recovery system is devised with which the vessel is capable to be on the spot rapidly after the accident. The system is consisted of collapsible V scavenging oil arm, six degrees of freedom mechanical arm, DIP regulator and gasbag,etc.lt is used to achieve fixed-point and controlled-interval oil spill recovery, simultaneously enhancing the width of oil layer and stability of the hull. Consequently, the system replaces the traditional oil spill device which has greatly improved the rate and efficiency of the oil spill recovery, similarly reducing the pollution of the oil to the ocean.
