摘要
目的 观察磷酸肌酸钠用于小儿肺炎合并心衰中的疗效。方法 选择2014年9月~2016年3月我院收治的68例肺炎合并心衰患儿,按照电脑随机盲法分成试验组与对照组,每组34例。试验组应用磷酸肌酸钠治疗,对照组应用常规疗法治疗。观察两组心肌酶指标的变化情况,比较两组治疗的总有效率。结果 试验组用药后的AST平均为(32.5±2.9)U/L、CK-MB平均为(22.8±2.5)U/L、LDH平均为(56.2±3.3)U/L,对照组分别为(38.0±5.4)U/L、(31.6±2.7)U/L、(67.8±5.6)U/L。试验组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);试验组总有效率为91.28%,对照组为70.59%,试验组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 小儿肺炎合并心衰用磷酸肌酸钠治疗效果好,心肌酶指标改善迅速,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the curative effects of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia complicated with heart failure. Methods A total of 68 children patients with pneumonia complicated with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to March 2016 were selected. The 68 children patients were assigned to the experiment group and the control group according to computer randomized blind method, with 34 patients in each group. The experiment group was given creatine phosphate sodium, and the control group was given regular treatment method. Changes of myocardial enzyme indicators were observed in both groups, and the total effective rate of the curative effects was compared. Results After drug administration in the experiment group, AST level was(32.5±2.9) U/L, CK-MB level was(22.8±2.5) U/L, and LDH level was(56.2±3.3) U/L, and the control group was(38.0±5.4) U/L,(31.6±2.7) U/L,(67.8±5.6) U/L respectively. The experiment group was significantly lower than the control group. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups( P0.05). The total effective rate was91.28% in the experiment group, and was 70.59% in the control group. The experiment group was significantly higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia complicated with heart failure has favorable effects.The indicator of myocardial enzyme is improved rapidly, which is worthy of clinical reference.
