摘要 附属医院(首都医科大学附属医院)的教师既是教书育人的一线教师,又是救死扶伤的医务人员,其身份的双重性决定了附属医院师德教育的好坏,不仅关系到个人及医学生的健康发展,更关系到患者和社会大众的健康水平。本文依托首都医科大学校长基金——《附属医院师德教育机制的思考》,对附属医院的685位教师进行了调研,并对调研结果进行了分析,从准教师(成为教师之前)阶段到教师阶段再到教师清退阶段,即从"入口"到"出口",提出了一整套"全过程"师德教育管理的机制,旨在完善附属医院师德教育的机制,提高附属医院师德教育的效果。 The teachers of affiliated hospital are both teachers and doctors,this determines that the quality of teacher's ethics education has two effects,not only related to the healthy development of personal and medical students, but also related to the health of patients and the public.This article relies on the Principal Funds of Capital Medical University: "Thoughts on Establishing the Education System of Teacher's morality in Affiliated Hospital" group, this group has researched the situation of the moral education for 685 teachers within Affiliated Hospital of Capital Medical University.This article summarizes and analyzes the research results, proposes a set of "whole process" mechanism about teacher's moral education, from prospective teachers to teachesr until exit from the teachers;The purpose is to perfect the mechanism of teacher's ethics education, and improve the effect of ethics education.
