骨髓间充质干细胞在肺纤维化中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺纤维化是多种病因引起一种慢性炎症间质性肺疾病。临床经验证实,激素、免疫抑制剂、细胞毒药物、抗纤维化药物以及免疫调节剂等药物治疗对肺纤维化疗效并不理想。因此探明肺纤维化的发病机制进而寻找有效的治疗方法显得尤为重要。近年来骨髓间充质干细胞移植作为新型的生物治疗方法已成为医学领域中最热门的研究课题之一,研究表明骨髓间充质干细胞可通过抑制炎性反应、促进上皮组织修复、减少胶原沉积、抑制基质金属蛋白酶的表达等来减轻肺纤维化,其凭借特有的生物学特性及功能成为治疗肺纤维化的种子细胞。但有些研究则发现骨髓间充质干细胞植入时机与疗效的差异具有相关性。因此本文就骨髓间充质干细胞在肺纤维化中的作用作一综述。 Pulmonary fibrosis caused by various reasons is a chronic inflammatory interstitial lung disease. There are many medicine used in clinic including hormone, immunosuppressor, cytotoxic agents, antifibrotic drug, immunomodulator and so on, but clinical experience confirms that the curative effect is not so good. Therefore, it is important to ascertain the pathogenic mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis, and seek valid treatment method. In recent years, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell(BMSCs) transplantation as a novel bio-therapy method has become one of the hotest points in the field of medicine. BMSCs may offer the means of recapitulating several mechanisms(inhibiting inflammatory response, promoting epithelial tissue repair, reducing the collagen deposition, inhibiting the expression of matrix metalloproteinases, etc, that are sufficient for alleviating pulmonary fibrosis. And BMSCs could become the seed cells treating pulmonary fibrosis because of the typical biological character. But recent research finds that there are some differences between the opportunity to BMSCs implantation and therapeutic effect. This review will provide an overview on the role of bone marrow-mesenchymal stem cell in pulmonary fibrosis.
