摘要
目的了解中医院校医务相关专业本科生医患沟通技能的学习态度及其影响因素,为指导教学改革提供参考。方法抽取成都中医药大学(以下简称"我校")医务相关专业大一至大五年级474名本科生进行面对面调查。结果我校医务本科生医患沟通技能学习正性态度得分为(51.05±6.61)分,负性态度得分为(31.94±5.86)分。逐步回归分析结果显示,影响学习态度的因素包括性别、专业、年级、性格和从事专业对口工作意愿(均P<0.05)。结论中医院校医务相关专业本科生医患沟通技能学习积极性处于中等水平,建议以稳定专业思想作为主要抓手,通过调整课程年级设置,配合教学方法和考核方式改革,针对性别特点因材施教,进一步增强学生主观意愿。
Objective To survey medical related undergraduates' attitudes towards doctor-patient communication skills learning and its influence factors, in order to provide valuable reference for teaching reform. Methods 474 undergraduates were recruited from medical related majors and 5 grades in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine("our school" for short). Face-to-face questionnaire survey was given. Results Undergraduates scored(51.05 ±6.61)points in positive attitudes, and(31.94 ±5.86) points in negative attitudes. Stepwise regression analysis results showed that gender, major, grade, character and willingness to do work relevant to one's major influenced attitudes of learning(all P 0.05). Conclusion Undergraduates' learning initiative is in medium level in our school. To enhance students' subjective intention, should stabilize students' professional thoughts, adjust course grade setting and cooperate with the reform of teaching and evaluation methods. Meanwhile, it is necessary to teach students in accordance with their aptitudes according to the gender characteristics.
