一体化护理模式对阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量及日常生活能力的影响

Influence on integration nursing for the life quality and activity of daily living of patients with Alzheimer's disease

目的 研究及观察一体化护理模式对阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量及日常生活能力的影响程度。方法 选取2013年10月~2015年8月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院进行诊治的72例阿尔茨海默病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例,对照组进行常规的阿尔茨海默病护理,观察组则采用一体化护理模式进行干预,然后将两组患者护理前和护理后1、3、6个月的阿尔茨海默病生命质量测评量表（QOL-AD量表）、日常生活能力量表（ADL量表）、症状自评量表（SCL-90量表）及简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE量表）评估结果进行比较。结果 护理前两组患者的QOL-AD量表、ADL量表及MMSE量表评估结果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而护理后1、3、6个月观察组的QOL-AD量表、ADL量表及MMSE量表评估结果均显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,结论 一体化护理模式对阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量及日常生活能力的影响更为积极,其对于阿尔茨海默病患者的应用价值相对更高。

Objective To study and observe the influence degree of integration nursing for the life quality and activity of daily living of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods 72 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease in the Affiliated Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from October 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group, the control group were taken care with conventional nursing of Alzheimer＇s disease, the observation group were taken care with integration nursing, then the Alzheimer＇s disease quality of life assessment scale（QOL-AD scale）, activity of daily living scale（ADL scale）, symptom checklist-90 scale（SCL-90 scale） and mini-mental state examination scale（MMSE scale）of two groups before the nursing and at first, third and sixth month after the nursing were respectively compared. Results The evaluation results of QOL-AD scale, ADL scale and MMSE scale of two groups before the nursing all had no obvious differences（all P 0.05）, while the evaluation results of QOL-AD scale, ADL scale and MMSE scale of observation group at first, third and sixth month after the nursing were all significantly better than those of control group,there were all significant differences between the two groups′evaluation results（all P 0.05）. Conclusion The influence of integration nursing to the life quality and activity of daily living of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease are more active, and its application value for the patients with Alzheimer＇s disease is relatively higher.
