摘要
汽车新技术发展较快,车辆上的电气成份增加较为明显,汽车己由原来简单电路和机械结构发展成为较高程度的机电一体化集成体。汽车上信号传输和设备接收工作指令都是靠线束来完成,线束在汽车的电气系统中起到了桥樑的作用。线束设计的目的就是要提高车辆电气系统的使用寿命,从而更加有效保护车辆和人员的安全。而设计方法的正确与否是最终达到设计目的之关键所在,若设计方法不当设计目的就不可能达到,甚至引起汽车线束短路、烧线以至危害到车辆和人员生命安全。根据本人从事汽车生产、维修、设计和汽车专业教学二十多年的工作经验,提出汽车线束的设计方法和设计过程的有关问题,希望可以起到抛砖引玉的作用。
The development of new automobile technology,the increase of the electrical components on the vehicle is more obvious,the car has been developed into a high degree of mechanical and electrical integration by the original simple circuit and mechanical structure. The signal transmission and equipment receiving work instructions on the vehicle are done by the wire harness,and the wire harness plays a role of the bridge in the electrical system of the vehicle. The purpose of harness design is to improve the service life of the vehicle electrical system,which is more effective to protect the safety of vehicles and personnel. And the design method is correct or not is the key to achieve the ultimate goal of the design,if the design method is not possible to achieve the purpose of design is not possible to achieve. Even causing the car wiring harness short circuit,burn the line even harm to the vehicle and personnel life safety. The according to the work experience I have engaged in automobile production,maintenance,design and automotive professional teaching for more than 20 years of proposed the relevant issues related to the design method and design process of the automotive wiring harness,hope can play a valuable role.
