摘要
建立了轴流泵三维几何模型,采用分块结构网格划分技术进行了结构化的网格划分,给出了边界条件的设置及湍流模型的选取原则。在此基础上进行了轴流泵内部流场的数值模拟仿真计算,得到了不同工况下轴流泵叶片、导叶及交界面的压力云图和速度矢量图,分析了轴流泵压力和速度分布特性,其研究结果可为轴流泵的设计和性能改进提供参考。
For the axial flow pump,the three dimensional geometric model is developed,it uses a block structured mesh technology for structured grid,given set of boundary conditions,and turbulence model selection principles.Based on the numerical simulation of the internal flow field of axial flow pump simulation,guide vane of axialflow pumps,axial flow pumps and their interfaces,their pressure and velocity vector are obtained under different operating conditions. By analyzing the pressure and velocity distribution characteristics of axial-flow pump,the research results are available for axial flow pump design and performance improvements.
