摘要
机床床身是机床大件之一,工作台来回快速移动,从而带动工件实现快速加工。床身的静态性能直接影响机床的加工精度。以XK24125-250高速龙门桥式镗铣床的床身为例,利用SolidWorks三维软件建立床身模型,同时运用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件进行静态特性分析,为床身优化设计研究工作奠定基础。并在此基础上对床身进行减重和合理控制内部筋板的结构优化研究。
Among the various components of machine tools,machine tool bed is a very important part. The workbench moves back and forth quickly on the machine tool bed to achieves rapid processing. Meanwhile,The static performance of the bed directly affects the machining accuracy of machine tool. Taking the XK24125-250 small gantry boring and milling machine as an example,this paper builds machine body model by using the threedimensional software Solid Works. Meanwhile,the detailed mechanical structure of the bed components is designed and the static and modal performance of beds conventionally designed are analyzed by ANSYS Workbench using finite element method. This builds foundation for the research on bed optimization design. On the basis of the above research. The paper conducts studies of weight reducing of the machine bed and of the optimization and rational control of the rib plates layout.
