轮式工程机械应急转向系统控制方案设计

摘要 目前很多轮式工程机械的应急转向系统都是通过一个开关手动控制电动机运行,电机驱动应急转向泵给转向系统提供动力源,在遇到转向系统突发故障时无法保证第一时间起动应急转向从而给司机造成危险,而本文所介绍的控制方案既包含了手动控制,又可利用仪表等电气控制模块来控制应急转向系统自动运行,更加安全、便捷。 At present,for most wheel engineering machines,the emergency turning system starting to work is through turning on one manual switch,and running the emergency motor and hydraulic pump,supply power(hydraulic oil)to the turning system when operator find that normal turning function is failing. Then when really meeting this emergency condition suddenly,the operator maybe can not response rapidly and operate correctly,result in damage to the vehicle and operator. The control layout in this article not only can realize emergency turning by manual-operate auto,but also can automatically realize the function through electrical-controlling model(such as instrument),so be safer and more convenient.
