摘要
针对生产现场出现频繁、处理需求迫切、处置技术难度大的外翼活动面结构偏离问题,以外翼典型活动面—前缘缝翼为例,利用容差分析进行装配偏差仿真建模与评估,并根据评估结果进行迭代优化。结果表明,优化分析解决了结构偏离问题,具有一定的工程应用价值。
This paper aims at the problem of structure deviation for movable surface of the wing,which appears frequently,calls for a solution urgently,and disposes with much difficulty. Taking slat,which is typical movable surface of the wing as example,the article builds simulation models and evaluates assembling deviation,using tolerance analysis,and iteratively optimizes according to the evaluation results. The results show that analysis and optimization solve the problem of the structure deviation,and it has certain engineering application value.
