摘要 采用数值模拟技术对铸造过程进行模拟可以预判铸件的工艺缺陷,避免试错或减少试错次数,从而能够有效提升产品的开发效率。以某型号进气管为研究对象,利用现代化的虚拟制造技术对金属型倾转重力铸造工艺进行优化。广西旺峰科技有限公司拟开发生产的L3000-1008101型号进气歧管为研究对象,对金属型倾转重力铸造工艺进行相关研究。利用现代化的虚拟制造技术,在UG10.0中对该产品模具和热芯盒的各个系统进行设计,并基于铸造数值模拟软件ProCAST对设计工艺进行模拟分析。根据分析结果,对铸件的模具结构进行相关改进设计,对浇注工艺参数进行调整,更好地保证了铸件的质量。 The numerical simulation technology of casting process simulation can anticipation the casting defects,to avoid trial and error or reduce the number of trial and error,which can effectively improve the efficiency of product development. Using a certain type of air intake pipe as the research object,the use of modern virtual manufacturing technology to optimize the gravity casting process. Guangxi wang feng technology Co.,Ltd. to develop the production of L3000-1008101 model intake manifold for the research object, the gravity casting process of metal. Using the modern virtual manufacturing technology,the various systems of the product die and the hot core box are designed in UG10.0, and the design process is simulated and analyzed based on the numerical simulation software Pro CAST. According to the analysis results, to improve the structure of the casting mold design,casting process parameters to adjust,to better ensure the quality of the castings.
