小吨位门架用二氧化碳气体保护焊进行焊接,并配以合理的焊接工艺和焊接顺序,能减少焊接变形,从而减少焊后校正。对制造工艺及焊接顺序进行改进,并取得良好效果。
The small tonnage door frame by Co2 gas shielded welding,and matches by the reasonable welding procedure and welding sequence,and can reduce welding deformation,thus reducing the correction after welding.To improve the manufacturing technology and welding sequence,and achieved good results.
