摘要
在工作实践中时常面对着如何提高注塑模的生产效率和产品质量以及在满足客户需求的情况下尽可能地简化模具结构的情况,针对气体弹簧式喷嘴热流道在医用导管产品中的应用,论述了气体弹簧式喷嘴热流道在实际生产中的设计、制造及生产特点。
In practice often face toward how to improve the production efficiency and the product quality of the injection mold and to meet customer demand under as much as possible to simplify mould structure of the situation,this paper for the application of gas spring type hot runner nozzle in the medical catheter products,discusses the gas spring type hot runner nozzle in the actual production design,manufacturing and production characteristics.
