浅析数控铣床仿真加工全息再现的可行性

摘要 数控铣床仿真加工是一种利用计算机模拟数控铣床加工的方法,对检验加工刀路的设置方法及分析机床各部件的加工性能有很好的辅助作用,但仿真加工只能在计算机中实现。分析了将全息技术应用到数控铣床加工的可行性,利用计算机及光电技术,操作者直接在机床再现影像上进行操作和实时分析机床加工状态,该方法对了解和研究数控加工技术有很好的促进作用。 Milling simulation is a method of simulation of NC milling machine using computer,it aids us to master the processing performance inspection of machining tool path setting method and analysis of the machine parts,but it can only be realized in the computer,this paper analyzes the feasibility of holographic technology is applied to the NC milling machine,using the computer the operator and photoelectric technology,direct operation and realtime analysis of machine tool in machine tool reproducing images,the method to understand and Research on NC machining technology has a very good role in promoting.
