针对烟丝生产过程中因烟丝含有杂质造成卷烟机容易过载,导致劈刀、传动轴部位零件的损坏等问题,将PROTOS70卷接机组平准器设置相应的传动加装过载保护装置,保护卷烟机在过载状态下不易损害。既解决了因过载引起的劈刀及传动装置损坏,又能节约生产时间、提高工作效率。
