糖尿病足预防的研究进展

糖尿病足是糖尿病患者最严重的慢性并发症之一,主要是由于患者血糖长期控制不佳,下肢血管神经病变,足底压力异常增高以及足部皮肤感染所引起。提高患者自我管理与防范意识,尽早对糖尿病患者高危足危险因素进行评估与筛查是预防糖尿病足的关键。

Diabetic foot is one of the severe chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. It is mainly induced by ineffective blood glucose control for a long period, lower extremity vascular neuropathy, an abnormal increase in plantar pressures and foot infection. Improving patients’ self-management ability and prevention awareness, assessing and screening the high risk for diabetic foot of the patients as early as possible are the keys to prevent diabetic foot.
